Facilitation
We frequently moderate and conceptualise operational workshops or high-level meetings using online collaborative tools such as Miro or Mural.

Coaching and training
We train and advise projects and teams in international development cooperation on project management (operational and financial planning). This includes annual operational planning workshops, integration of new IT solutions for activity monitoring and financial reporting (such as OnSite Operations, GIZ) and change management.
Examples include:
- training, coaching and advising of GIZ projects in Brasil, Mexico, Egypt, Togo, Ghana, Tanzania, DR Congo, Thailand, Lao PDR and others in English, French, German and Spanish on the introduction of OnSite Operations, including the creation of their forward-looking KOMP reporting. Client: GIZ
Project appraisal, evaluation and expert missions
We design, evaluate and accompany international development projects with our expertise – through virtual or in-country missions.
Examples include:
- virtual appraisal mission for the next phase of GIZ’s civil registration project in Cameroon, with a focus on digitization. Client: GIZ

Technical expertise
Our key competencies are in the areas of digital public sector reform, digital transformation, governance, public finance, health and social protection. We speak and work in German, English, French and Spanish.
